At The Grace Beauty, we want you to love your Cloud Puff. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be available and outlines our hygiene-related restrictions.


1. Hygiene & Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty sponges cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and before use to ensure it arrives in acceptable condition.


2. Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and before the product is used.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (where applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund of the product cost

Due to hygiene reasons, defective items do not need to be returned.


3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
