3. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty sponges cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at customersupport@thegracebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and before the product is used.

Refunds or replacements for defective items are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability
