2. How do I use it?

Step 1 – Blend:

  • Wet the blender side and squeeze out excess water.

  • Apply foundation or concealer using gentle bouncing motions.

Step 2 – Apply Powder:

  • Slide your fingers into the back slots like a mini powder puff.

  • Press powder, blush, or highlighter onto your skin for precision and control.

3. How do I clean my sponge?

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship from the UK to beauty lovers worldwide. 🌍

  • UK: 3–7 business days (Royal Mail or courier)

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

5. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used sponges.
If your sponge arrives damaged or defective, contact us at customersupport@thegracebeauty.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
