2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT. International customers may be charged additional import duties, taxes, or fees by their local authorities.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • After this time, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location:

    • UK: 2–4 business days (standard), 1–2 business days (express)

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • USA/Canada: 7–14 business days

    • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

  • Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or local holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or other charges outside the UK.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of BodyGlow (personal-use skincare product), opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final once opened.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, or unopened items returned within 14 days (UK customers).
